Gold Phoenix Asian Foods was created, established and nurtured by Tania Ly right here in the heart of the Comox Valley on beautiful Vancouver Island!
    
Tania arrived to Canada with her family as Chinese-Vietnamese Boat People refugees in the 1970s and eventually settled in the Valley. Her passion and love for expressing both her deep appreciation for food and culture called her to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams of establishing her own food business.
    
The past 25 years, Gold Phoenix Asian Foods products have been sold and featured across the island in local grocery stores, restaurants, establishments and events including Mt. Washington Resort, Quality Foods, Edible Island, Comox Valley FIlberg Festival and many more!
    
In the early 2000s the company established their very own local restaurant that was an incredible success and later passed on. 
    
Moving forward, Gold Phoenix Asian Foods aims to spread the joy and knowledge of traditional Cantonese and Vietnamese cooking through hands-on cooking classes and small batch orders!
