Located in the heart of Courtenay, this beautiful space is where we host our cooking classes, workshops and order pick-ups!  

開心 - hoi1 sam1 means happy in Cantonese - directly translated, it means "open heart".

This creative name embraces our vision and hope to create a welcoming, creative, and community focused space to gather and learn!
