"Bao Bao" Bun
Hand made Pork and Vegetable Steamed Buns 菜肉包 (coi3 juk6 baau1)* is a popular Cantonese dim sum item to enjoy! The combination of savoury filling and fluffy soft steamed bun makes it delicious and satisfying. 

Our steamed buns are handmade with local pork & fresh vegetables. This version of our bun also features Cantonese pork sausage ( 臘腸 - laap6 coeng4).
"Bao", Buns are large-sized 160 g 5.5 oz and higher. Fresh or Frozen.

Packs of 2 & 4 pieces

Ingredients:  Wheat flour, fresh ground pork, Chinese cabbage, Chinese pork sausage (made in Canada), salt, white pepper, sugar, yeast. 

Cooking Instructions: 
Best to defrost in the fridge before steam. Bring water to a boil then steam bun on Medium heat for 9 minutes. Frozen, Steam 13 -15 minutes.
Microwave
Quick risen 1 frozen "Bao" under cold water, cooked on Medium heat for 3 minutes. Defrosted 1 "Bao" quick risen with cold water cook for 1.5 minutes.

Bao is best to eat with in 4 days after defrost.
